The For Human Development Foundation (FHD) is a national non-governmental, nonprofit, independent development organization that is defined by its reliability, transparency, dedication, and sustainability. It was founded on December 18, 2014, with the goal of promoting sustainable development while also meeting the needs of Yemen's afflicted people. The FHD works to implement inclusive projects in areas such as education, health and nutrition, youth and women's capacity building, economic empowerment, community development, peacebuilding, environment and climate, protection, food security and livelihoods, camp and shelter management, WASH, capacity building and governance. By focusing on these areas, the FHD helps the most vulnerable groups to guarantee the long-term effects of its projects by enhancing local capacities in cooperation with regional, local, and international partners, bolstered by fresh ideas and innovative contributions from members, experts in a variety of fields, and professional advisors.
